I have had a very stable weight the past few months. I made one of my goals to be 145lbs in May, and am currently still that weight three months later!
Originally I said my ultimate goal weight is 135. And I wanted to get there by January 2014.
So can I do it? 10 pounds in 4 months? That’s 2.5 pounds each month, which means I really need to crack down and stay serious with my diet and exercise plan. But I think I can do it!! I am so motivated to reach my overall goal. Time to kick it into high gear!
First mini goal: 142 by October
